Winter Holidays
December is full of winter fun and holidays. It's a great way to teach about different cultures and read great books. This group is to talk about different ways to keep students interested in their work through the holiday season.
Announcement
Tell us not just your winter-based lesson plans and classroom ideas, but your holiday stories. Whether it’s a memory of when you were a child, how you celebrate now, or a special student or classroom experience, ‘tis the season to share!-
Holiday StoriesI think my favorite part of the holidays is getting cards from kids. Each card is so special.
-
Re: Holiday StoriesI agree. Homemade cards or just simple notes/pictures from my students is one of the best gifts of all. It is easy to go out and buy something, but to do something from the heart is special.
