Resource Instructions

I have prepared a powerpoint covering many of the world's larget religions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taosim, Siksim, Shinto, & Indigineous Religions like Africa, Japan, Australia, and Native Americans.  There are "import fact" slides that students must copy and then slides where studetns listen to information about each religion and look at pictures and video.  Once we have finished covering each of the different religions, we discuss which of those are the five major religions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism.  Students are then given the five-tap notebook foldable, given instructions on how to cut and glue the foldable to thier notebooks, and then given a list of information to sort into the specific religions they belong to.  I take this foldable up for a grade and then return it to students so they can use them to review for the test.
